Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Quarters Club ("we" or "us") is the trading name of Core Principles Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you download or use the Quarters Club mobile applications ("Apps") on iOS and Android, visit our websites or otherwise interact with us. We follow the principles set out in the App Store Review Guidelines and the Google Play policies, which require developers to clearly identify what data they collect, how it is collected and used, and to explain data retention and deletion practices. By using our services, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with this policy.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect information needed to provide and improve our services. The specific types of data we may collect include: • Registration and contact information – e‑mail address, phone number, username, password and other identifiers you voluntarily provide when you create or update an account. Where account-based features are not necessary, we allow you to use the Apps without logging in. • Membership and transaction data – membership level, subscription status, event bookings, payment method (processed by third‑party payment processors), billing address and purchase history. • Device and usage data – information about your device (model, operating system, unique device identifiers), IP address, log files and usage statistics. We minimise data collection and request only data required to enable core functionality. • Location data – if you choose to enable location services, we may collect your precise or coarse location to provide relevant content such as nearby events or venues. Location data is collected only when needed and we provide a clear disclosure and obtain your consent before accessing this data. • Communications – messages you send to us, support requests or feedback. We do not collect personal data from children under 13 years of age and do not knowingly allow such users to use the Apps. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can remove the information.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes: • Providing and improving our services – to create and manage your account, process memberships and event bookings, personalise content and improve the functionality of our Apps. • Communication – to send administrative information, confirm bookings, notify you about changes to our policies or terms, respond to inquiries and provide customer support. • Analytics and research – to monitor and analyse usage patterns, fix bugs and improve user experience. Where we use third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs, we ensure they provide at least the same level of privacy protection as stated in this policy. • Marketing – to send you newsletters, promotions or information about upcoming events. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. • Legal compliance and protection – to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests and protect the rights, property or safety of Quarters Club, our users or others. We do not sell personal data. The Google Play policy prohibits selling personal and sensitive user data, and we adhere to this requirement.

4. Sharing of Data

We share data only as described below: • Service providers – We engage trusted third parties to perform services such as payment processing, hosting, analytics or marketing on our behalf. These providers may access personal data only to perform their duties and must maintain confidentiality and provide protection equal to that required by this policy. We ensure that third‑party SDKs do not sell user data and comply with Google Play's user data policies. • Affiliates and business transfers – We may share data with our parent company, subsidiaries or other related entities under common control. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of our assets, personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction. • Legal requirements – We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency) or when such action is necessary to protect the rights or safety of Quarters Club or others. We do not allow third‑party advertising networks to use information collected through the Apps for targeted advertising without your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or similar laws, including the right to: • Access and portability – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete information. • Erasure – request deletion of your data. Where you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your information unless we must retain it to comply with legal obligations. • Restrict or object – object to or restrict our processing of your data, including for marketing. • Withdraw consent – withdraw any consent you previously provided; doing so will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We provide an accessible and understandable way to withdraw consent within the App. To exercise these rights, please contact us (see Section 10 – Contact Us). We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations or resolve disputes. The App Store guidelines require developers to explain data retention and deletion policies. Once data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it.

7. Security Measures

We take appropriate administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This includes encrypting data in transit using HTTPS, storing information on secure servers, restricting access to authorised personnel and regularly reviewing our security practices. Google Play requires developers to handle personal and sensitive user data securely and to transmit it using modern cryptography.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, including in countries that may have different data protection laws. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, to ensure an adequate level of protection.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Apps or by e‑mail before the changes take effect. You should review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Continued use of the Apps after the effective date of any updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
